Payment and shipping
Many shop owners make legal errors when specifying shipping. The law is very precise here.
For example, you may not use "approx." for shipping. This is not allowed. Use specific, e.g. 3-5 days. If you use "approx.", this means that in this example your maximum days of 5 days are also watered down. It makes something vague even more vague and therefore "approx." is not permitted by law.
Also not the word "working days" as this is not a fixed definition. Saturday can also be a working day or, for pharmacies, Monday is not a working day, for example. In order to avoid being misleadingly warned, it is recommended to refrain from using the word "working days" and to define these days in the shipping description (e.g. Mon-Fri)
You must ensure that the shipping description is as specific as possible. This means that after the customer's payment has been received, how quickly the item will be shipped and how long the shipping time usually is, which of course you cannot completely influence.
